If you are interested in participating in the 2010 SWOTT, please complete the following SWOTT Entry Form and submit the form by pushing the SUBMIT BUTTON, or you can print and mail it.  Please mail your check so that it is received by Thursday, September 30th to:

The entry fee for the tournament this year has been lowered to $195.00 This includes everything -- balls, prizes and all scheduled events including meals and refreshments for the player and his spouse or date. However, players who play mixed doubles with someone other than their spouse/date, who is not covered by another entry fee or sponsorship, must pay an additional $75.00.

  A letter of confirmation containing hotel information and an update on the social events will be sent when your Entry Form and appropriate Fee are received.
